- Organized shopping lists and outbound product links to third-party grocery partners including SayWeee.com and Amazon Fresh.
- Split-pot cooking guidance and nutritional tracking for introducing solid foods to infants and toddlers (Little Wok).
3. Third-Party Retail Platforms & Pricing
WokCart facilitates grocery checklist creation but does not sell groceries directly. All grocery purchases, fulfillment, delivery, and payments are executed directly between you and the respective retail partner (SayWeee!, Amazon, or Instacart). Product availability, packaging sizes, and prices are determined by the retailer and are subject to change without notice.
4. Little Wok+ Subscription Terms
WokCart offers an optional premium subscription ("Little Wok+ First-Foods Pass") for households seeking advanced pediatric solid food tracking:
- Pricing & Free Trial: Little Wok+ is available at $1.99 per month or $14.99 per year ($1.25/month). Eligible new subscribers receive a 14-day free trial.
- Billing & Cancellation: Unless cancelled prior to the conclusion of the 14-day trial, your payment method will be charged through your App Store or Google Play account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device's App Store or Google Play account settings.
- Core Service Free Guarantee: Core weekly Asian dinner planning, dietary restriction filters, and 1-tap grocery cart autofill remain free for all families.
5. Intellectual Property
All proprietary recipe curation algorithms, taste preference vector models, text, graphics, and interface designs on www.wokcart.com are the intellectual property of WokCart Technologies. Third-party brand names, trademarks, and logos (including SayWeee!, Amazon, and Instacart) belong to their respective owners.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WokCart Technologies shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from food preparation, kitchen equipment usage, adverse allergic reactions, retailer delivery delays, or out-of-stock grocery substitutions.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
